"In May 2020 Vancouver Island Rubber Surfacing (Mike Kelly) placed EPDM rubber on about 700 sq. ft. deck surrounding our 16' x 32' rectangular pool.  The job was completed in one day on schedule including clean-up.  After a lot of consultation with Mike regarding colour and composition we decided on a 70 - 30 (color to black) mix ratio, it looks very good.  Being a perfectionist type, I contacted Mike with a couple of questions, and he responded in a timely manner, especially considering his busy schedule.  He assured me that any imperfections if requiring remediation (I don't think there will be many), would be corrected under warranty.  Although being a little unsure because I knew virtually nothing about the product, I am pleased with the result."

"We recently had our garage floor resurfaced from Vancouver Island Rubber Surfacing company at Parksville. We cannot say enough about the professional service that we received. The crew that worked on our three car garage worked tediously and finished it to perfection in just one day. Not to mention it was one of the hottest days that this was accomplished. We would highly recommend this company to all that want to re-surface their garage, or other concrete they want to re-surface, whether it be inside or outside. No more slipping when your floor gets wet."

Yes its 10x better than what we had!

"At Valley Cedar we were having many issues with crumbling concrete & asphalt in our high-traffic forklift zone. Over the years ,patch repairs eventually crumbled too, causing rubble, potholes and large cracks.

I found the Vancouver Island Rubber Surfacing on Facebook, put some thought into product performance for forklift traffic, and ultimately decided this product would be a great coating for our main building entry.

No more crumbling concrete! We have a great level strip, that is amazing and safe to drive on with the forklift. We also had many potholes throughout the mill yard filled and levelled off."

"We are so pleased that we had Vancouver Island Rubber Surfacing done in our backyard.  we have found it to be so much cleaner and brighter.  When we walk on it, it feels soft and cushiony.  We have had many compliments on how nice looking our backyard now looks.  It is so easy to keep clean .  A broom takes care of any debris the wind blows on it.  We look forward to having something done to our deck."
